Brindabella Airlines

Since 1994, Brindabella Airlines Pty Ltd has been providing safe and reliable air services to local communities. Founded by Lara Corry-Boyd as an executive aircraft charter business working alongside husband Jeff Boyd’s affiliated aircraft maintenance business, Brindabella Airlines is a home-grown Canberra success story.

In 2003 the business was expanded to provide regional airline services and the first two routes were between Canberra and Newcastle, and Canberra and Albury. Brindabella Airlines now offers over 150 flights per week to destinations including Canberra, Albury, Armidale, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Tamworth, Cobar, Sydney and Brisbane.

Brindabella Airlines has a fleet of Metroliner (18 seat) and BAE J41 Jetstream (30 seat) aircraft, and committed staff who are friendly and take great pride in the standard of service and the presentation and maintenance of the aircraft. Brindabella is also a Qantas affiliate airline, hosted in the Qantas booking system and supporting the Frequent Flyer program.

Headquartered in Canberra, Brindabella Airlines was acquired by the Business Air Holdings group and has been partnered with Aeropelican Air Services, since September 2011. Business Air Holdings is an airline investment group with a particular interest in regional airline services.

Brindabella continues to provide executive charter as well as its airline services, and regularly operates charters for football teams, musicians, business groups, emergency services personnel and government representatives.

Brindabella Airlines is continuing to grow and develop its network. It is proud to provide important air services to regional communities and to contribute more broadly to those communities by sponsoring local events and employing local people.
