1. Where do you fly to?
Brindabella Airlines is the only airline to offer direct
services from Canberra – Albury, Canberra – Newcastle.
From Newcastle there are also two return services per day
to Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Brisbane. For information

3. What time do I need to be at the airport?
It is advised that you check-in 45 minutes prior
to departure in Canberra and 30 minutes for
all other ports. If you have no luggage to check-in
please make your way upstairs to the Qantas
service desk (Canberra only).
4. Do I need a ticket?
No, an electronic ticket (E ticket) will be issued at Qantas check-in.

from the Airport to the city?

8. What is the baggage limit?
10kg per person per flight. 4kg Hand luggage
9. Can I pay for excess baggage?
Unfortunately due to operational requirements
we are not able to guarantee it will go on the
same flight as you. If you do have excess baggage
and it does not make it on your flight it may
be put on the next available Brindabella flight
(still not guaranteed), or you may pay an excess
charge and it can go with Qantas 13 13 13.
10. Can I earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points on your
flights?
Yes at the time of booking, quote your frequent
flyer number. FF points are not available on promotional
or 'Gotta Go' fares.
11. Can I redeem Qantas Frequent
Flyer points on your flights?
Yes you can. To redeem you points please call
Qantas 13 13 13.
12. Can my child travel?
Yes infants (2 years and under) can travel FOC
when sitting on the adults lap. Children aged
between 2-12 years are 80% of the adult fare
(not applicable on 'Gotta Go' fares).
13. Can my child travel unaccompanied?
Yes they can, please call 1300 66 88 24
14. Can pets fly on your aircraft?
Pets can fly if they have the appropriate cages.
Pets can only fly if their owner is on the same
flight. Pets can travel unaccompanied, however
they must be booked through as air cargo with
Australian Air Express.
