All Brindabella Airlines flights are expected to continue to operate as scheduled on Tuesday 21stJune and Wednesday 22ndJune.

Minor delays may be experienced due to airport services such as baggage handling and check-in affected by other airline schedule disruptions.

All Brindabella Airlines flights during the period the ash cloud passes Eastern Australia have been subject to a safety assessment using the latest available information from Airservices Australia’s National Operations Centre in Canberra, together with the Bureau of Meteorology’s Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre (VAAC) in Darwin and available meteorological information. Brindabella Airlines operate turboprop aircraft which operate normally at altitudes lower than jet passenger aircraft. At NO time are flights operated in forecast volcanic ash cloud and all flights will be planned to fly well clear and well below forecast volcanic ash cloud.
